Jerry Harris
is Head of Bream Real Estate in Portugal. He has been involved with the Bream Group since 2007 and finally agreed to co-found Bream in Portugal in 2020.
Jerry holds a BSc in Estate Management from Kingston University and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
He is the former President of the RICS in Portugal and has been a guest lecturer at Porto University.
Jerry has 35 years’ experience of commercial real estate investment, development and management. He has lived and worked in Portugal for 31 years after originally training in London.
Jerry began his career with CBRE (Richard Ellis) in London and moved with CBRE to help start up their Lisbon operation in 1990.
After 6 years at CBRE and Donaldson’s in Lisbon, he started his own company (Abacus) which has been one of the leading commercial agents in Portugal, affiliated to Savills. During this time his clients included Goldman Sachs, WPP plc, EY, UBS, ING and the British Government.
