Monika Driscoll
has been Head of Bream Real Estate in Germany since co-founding the original asset management and its property management subsidiary in 2007.
Monika is a graduate of the European Business School’s as Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSCM), having originally trained as assistant in law.
She has over 25 years’ experience in the development and ongoing management of mainly retail-anchored property assets across Germany and Holland.
She started her career in 1993 with Bast Bau, before moving in 1998 to the prime retail centre developer Brune Consulting where she started as Center Manager and later moved to the Development, Leasing and Asset Management Department where she ran numerous city centre development transactions, including securing their ongoing commercial management.
With Bream, she acted as the only out-sourced operating partner in EMEA, co-investing alongside the Valad partnership with Lloyds Banking Group, as well as supporting Credit Suisse, Baupost and other investment partners.
As a result of her retail specialisation, Monika has successfully managed substantial quantities of office and residential tenancies located above retail centres, as well as major car parking assets.
